'I was pleasantly surprised with the room. We had a queen non smoking room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. We will stay again when we are in the area.'

'This is a lovely manor, and although signs of age are evident, it appears the owners are working towards complete restoration. It's close to plenty of what Minden has to offer, very convenient to stores, gasoline. I'm here for a church conference and I'm just 3 minutes away. I was able to select what I want for breakfast; hope it's good.'

'While the town itself doesn't have much going on and was pretty abandoned, this stay was exactly what I needed. Safe parking, friendly owner, eclectic but clean room, and the most comfortable bed I've stayed in this week, even coming out better than fancy or chain hotels. I think the only thing I would change is possibly requesting that the AC be turned on before I arrive because it was very hot and took a while to cool down, as well as adding a vent to the bathroom to keep the heat and...
