'The home was clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable the kitchen was a great place to cook , nice quiet , relaxing atmoshere, nice large common area for playing games , reading or just chatting. Very nice large decks for enjoying morning coffee. A very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.'

'We contacted Vacasa MULTIPLE TIMES from the minute we checked in regarding the dish network and internet not working, bbq being left with food still on it, jacuzzi was filthy with debris and leaves in it and it was cold, etc., the list goes on. Their customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced and with each text and call we made, which were MANY came the promises of someone coming out to fix things or someone calling us back. 'The accommodations were adequate and the location convenient. Being very close to the road, the road noise could be irritating at times. It is an older house that has been remodeled. The biggest issue was that when we first got there, we found that the front door lock code did not work. Nor did the key lock box code work. It took nearly 2 hours before we were able to gain access to the rental. The "local" representative was very helpful with this situation.'
