'First, Tammy was wonderful to communicate with. When I booked the stay, the dates got mixed up and I immediately requested a change of booking. Tammy got back to me promptly and was able to accommodate the dates we'd be on the island. The home is so well equipped and modern yet still holds the feel of being a heritage home. 'This is a wonderful property that exceeds its online profile. While it was just the two of us, this lovely and comfortable house is well equipped, and could easily accommodate two families. The oceanfront on Spry Point is fabulous and the quiet beach is right there at the edge of the property. The location is great for venturing out anywhere on the eastern side of PEI. 'A lovely little house, with views of the Northumberland Strait which you can sit and look at from a screened deck area - so you are mosquito free. It is off the beaten track at a quiet area of the island but it is so beautiful. Within walking distance of a small beach and driving distance to so many more!'

'From the moment we arrived at the Sunshine Beach House, we knew we were in for a treat! We couldn’t get over the stunning ocean front view! The house was plenty big enough for the four of us, and was equipped with everything we needed (including lobster/oyster shucking tools!) 'Stunning property! Two beds upstairs that adjoin through the bathroom, perfect for my family with kids. One bedroom downstairs with attached bath. The suite above the garage was ideal for the in-laws to get their own space! Spectacular yard with an amazing gazebo, deck and shoreline to enjoy the evening. Kids were digging for clams every evening and on Panmure Beach every day! Donna was a great host and helped out with everything we could need! We will be back!'
