'There was a $500 resort discount voucher included in my reservation. The vouchers were useless. There was $80 worth of vouchers that were for "upgrade room". There is no point of an "upgrade room" voucher when you have already paid for the room and these vouchers are given after the fact.'

'So glad we rented this penthouse through Brad & Joey. We needed a 3 bedroom and the penthouse was not too much more than a regular 3 bedroom. This villa had it all. Interior waterfall wall. Huge rooms and living space and huge balcony with private hot tub. We felt like royalty. Staff and grounds at Villa La Estancia are comparable to the Four Seasons. Can’t thank Brad & Joey enough for making booking easy and their Cheat Sheet was so helpful from airport arrival, to helpful tips & activities...
