'初めての利用でした。口コミ通り朝食は品数も和洋豊富でとても美味しく満足でした。館内の大浴場入口のラウンジには無料で頂けるコーヒーやちょっとしたお菓子があり、自由に利用出来るのもよかったです。女性用アメニティはチェックイン時に頂けました。ただ、それぞれ１回分のみだったので朝夕と使えるように2回分セットだったらもっと嬉しかったです。しかし全体的にはとても快適に利用出来たのでまた利用したいと思いました。'

'Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view'

'5살 아이와 함께 간 여행이라 침대 2개가 떨어지지 않고 붙은 방으로 요청드렸습니다. 흔쾌히 요청도 들어주시고 날마다 새로 제공되는 수건도 넉넉해서 좋았구요😊 위치도 텐진 번화가에 가깝다보니 어디를 가도 접근성이 좋아서 너무 좋았네요👍 다음에도 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 아크 호텔에서 묵을 생각입니다~'

'Good, clean and decent size full service room with washing facilities. The hotel is a bit outside the touristic area but easy accessible by bus or by metro, which requires a couple of minutes walking to the station. The area around the hotel offers some convenience stores and there are a few restaurants, but is rather quiet otherwise. This was one of the few options we could book in Fukuoka with a very reasonable price. We liked it.'

'飯店位置極佳，捷運站就在旁邊，離各大百貨商場也很近，房間裝潢木質調為主，是很喜歡的大方舒適風格，飯店才剛開幕二個月，設備非常新，浴室沐浴備品有高級的淡淡的茶香，很好用～～早餐是主餐有三種選擇，另外還有自助吧，高級又美味😋 飯店大廳在19樓，可以眺望一半市景一般海景的景觀，還可以欣賞夕陽，真的很美👍最後必需一提的是飯店人員的服務，真的是細心又貼心，我們因為有小小孩同行，行李多又加嬰兒推車，怕一般計程車載不下，因此有請櫃檯人員幫忙預約機場接送，結果當天下午的值班人員，不但親自下樓確認車子是我們預約的大車，還又陪我們下樓，看我們全部人和行李都上車後才離開，真的讓人好感動❤️❤️大推👍👍👍下次一定還要再來住The Gate福岡😍😍'

'Had a great stay at the Nishitetsu Grand in June - very close to shops and a short walk from the train station. Staff were very kind and accomodating, and the room was a good size for three people. Very conveniently located - would love to come back '
