'Comfortable walk ro Princess Street, Castle , shops, pubs etc There is a bus stop right outside the door if walking is not an option The one suggestion I would make is for guests to bring eye madks, as the curtains are very thin and the outside street lights shine right into the bedrooms facing the front street Kitchen is very well equipped, showers have good water pressure, lots of hot water, '

'Bar/disco onder het hotel was erg veel lawaai tot 4 uur '

'Sympathic and helpful assistants, a simple but delicious bistro, a comfortable lounge, a great common kitchen, a 2-bed nice room for a good price, all in the centre of Berwick upon Tweed.'

'Superbly located inside the shell of a former church, up the hill towards Stirling Castle. I had a single room with shower and WC; as you would expect facilities were quite simple but fine for a short stay - there is no TV in the rooms, but one in a lounge downstairs. Similarly there's no tea/coffee facility in the rooms, but a communal kitchen. There's even some onsite parking, though it's a short walk from the main railway station.'
