Villa's in Schotland

'The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting. There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment....

'It’s such a lovely place very cozy the bed very comfortable the place is a lot bigger in person it’s well worth the money'

'Great value for money location is ideal for edinburgh city center just a short taxi journey or a bus just outside the house'

'It's honestly hard to describe how wonderful both this property and Jennifer both were - 1,500 characters just isn't enough.1. The location is absolutely superb - 1 block from the beach, blocks from a cute little downtown, always street parking (too bad no garage, but really the street parking is fine), close to a ScotRail train station... I mean it's literally got everything right around it.2. Jennifer - what an absolute angel. Super communicative, super clear and easy to use literature (a cute...

'We had 4 nights in the bungalow. Was a joy to stay. Had everything we needed at the property and ample space for all 8 of us. Check in was easy and the accommodation was spotless. Kitchen was large with plenty space with 2 fridges. We all enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings whilst watching the sun setting which at the same time watch the cattle head down the field.'

'The Easter Kincaple Farmhouse was perfect for our group of 12 golfers. Plenty of room, very well appointed for kitchen needs, washer /dryer, washrooms, etc. The property itself was gorgeous as well. Better than advertised!'

'Ferhan and his family were great hosts. They met us at check in and took some time to show us the property and go through the house rules. The only challenge we had was we were unable to use the shower in the master bathroom due to the shower design likely to flood the room. Otherwise was just as described.'

'Mooie pod, ligt langs drukke weg.'

'We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

'We had a wonderful one-week stay at this property! The space was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The amenities, especially the kitchen and Wi-Fi, made a longer stay very easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and it was very nice and quiet place. Our host ( Nick and Eric) were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout the week. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home away from...

'Beautiful beach front home near Glenforsa Hotel with great bar food. Spectacular views of Mull Sound from 2nd floor living room. Half hour drives to Boat to Staffa and to Tobermory. 15 min to pony trek. PerfectLocation for our family of four plus two grandmothers.'

'We took our entire family to celebrate grandmas 90th birthday. The house was perfect for us, we had a great time. We found the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, another fridge would have been great, but we managed. There were plenty of chairs and places to just be. We had fun outside in the garden and we appreciated the climbing rose… and the table tennis and piano were an absolute win too!'

'The property manager met us there and was very nice and helpful. But on looking around my daughter in law found Nicotine powder pouches in on of the bedrooms. Also a tin of them under the couch in the front room along with empty beer bottles. As we had young children with us if they ingested the Nicotine it could have killed them.'

'The property was perfect for 4 golfers or couples. Everything you could ask for - great house and outdoor areas. Hot tub & Steam were added post round treat. Would highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood & 15 min walk to Old Course.'
