'Having stayed twice previously looking forward to our stay.Rooms bar area all good ,but the standard of the dining room was a big step back Dinning room was poorly organized.Staff always on the back foot having to ask for things that should have been on table Dinner for 2 people was 2.5 hours Staff rarely present in dining room to speak to. 'Luckily our stay was during the good weather, the pool and sauna was good but, think it could have been quite bleak if it had been rainy. Our room looked tired and the 2 seater couch was very grubby and the cushions were sunken. The restaurant looked like a staff canteen with all the formica tables and the food was very disappointing, no Michelin chef here! 'The location around the loch was great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious with two bathrooms. The main bed was hard but good. The second bed was terrible. It was folded away in the main closet in the living room. The mattress was too short and very thin. With a minor investment a good sleeping couch would make it very nice and at least 5 stars. But since the whole purpose of a room is sleeping I have it a lower score. The interior was a bit outdated but very...
