'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'Photos look nicer than in person. Facilities are run down, had ants in the room all week. Lights would shut off for no reason and AC broke for 2 days. The kicker was the price though — food was subpar but incredibly pricey. $200 for what shouldn’t have been over $100'
