'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'This Resort offers an incredibly unique experience to adult travelers. The Staff Service was top shelf and the mix of people staying there were the best. It’s not a huge resort with only 43 or so rooms. However HBR is located in between two sister resorts where we enjoyed excellent dining out. Best of both worlds. '
