'Erg mooi parkje. Huisjes zijn zeer ruim en schoon. Goede bedden. Meubels enigszins gedateerd. Faciliteiten: zwembad, tennisbaan, midgetgolf, BBQ zijn erg fijne extra’s. Ik zag echter wel dat men na uitchecken 10 euro van mijn creditcard heeft afgeschreven, geen idee waarom.'

'We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and our cottage was clean. We had a stove, microwave, dishes, and a nice eating area. There is some construction in the back but the wall they are working on facing the beach looks nice. Super convenient access to the beach. We’ll be back!'

'Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves'

'Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.'
