'Home provided everything we needed with ample space and all the items needed for a gateway escape. Enjoyed the privacy it provided, the close location to Purgatory ski resort and how cleaned and organized home was. Already planning a summer trip and hoping we can rent property once more. 'We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back.'

'Beautiful home right on the banks of the Rio Grande River. We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River Ranch, home was comfortable, clean and a great place to base out of for our float fishing trip, plus we were able to catch trout just steps from the back porch!'

'We had a minor problem with some wasps; can’t be helped, nature does what nature does. Property management responded quickly amd resolved the problem. Some comments about the property itself, it is truly beautiful. Hot tub was great for a large family, theater room was great fun. There is a pond very nearby that’s gorgeous, but don’t forget bug spray. :)'

'The walls are paper thin and we were unable to sleep—we could hear the person in the room next door snoring! It was horrible. And people didn’t follow the rules and take their ski boots off outside so could hear people stomping up and down stairs of their room early in the AM—and our room was a top floor room. Property manager was very friendly and we received a partial refund due to the disruption as we left a day earlier than planned because of the poor sleep due to noise. If the walls were...

'Great place to stay, definitely not for the older since quite a few stairs, but quick and easy walk to right in the middle of town and all the restaurants! Clean and beautiful scenery, right on the river!'
