'My husband and I stayed for a weekend visiting Athens. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and hot, and the towels are nicer than the ones I have at home! Upon arrival, I noticed one of the light bulbs had burned out and texted Brian asking if there were any extra bulbs in the apartment. He said there were not, but he could run one by that night. I told him we were fine and not to worry about it. While we were at dinner, he text me a picture...

'The stay was great. The location was amazing as it is literally across the street from campus and right by the restaurants and bars downtown. I was worried that it might be loud at night but it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay again. It’s a little pricey but worth it for such a close, convenient location. '

'My college-aged children and I stayed over a baseball weekend. This condo is well-appointed, and was extremely clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, during both the day and the night. Plenty of parking, and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is quite dark at night, so be prepared with some type of flashlight (the one on your phone is fine). Communication with the owner was seamless, as was the check-in/check-out process. Uber rides to downtown or campus are inexpensive. Akademia Brewery...

'Overall great stay, would definitely stay again! Nice, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Minutes from everything: UGA campus and stadium, restaurants, shops, pubs, coffee! - all things Athens. Great host, easy entry, good parking. Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay. And I have to add, a very friendly town!!!'

'We always go to a basketball game for my father's birthday. This year's trip was a two-fold blessing because he has family in Athens! He was able to see his last living aunt and some of his cousins he had not seen in over 30 years. Moreover, our host provided 2 additional tickets and a parking pass for the game! The place suited our needs and we will definitely consider staying here on return trips.'

'Nice enough place for short term stay. Didn’t like that it was on the second floor but that was my fault for not looking thoroughly at the description. Also would have preferred that not so much living room space was taken up by a foosball table. Otherwise, everything was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable.'
