Motels in Central New York State

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to...

'Location was private and quiet,'

'Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.'

'We had a wedding in the area and this place was perfect for our needs. There’s a bar to the front of the property, which was fun to hang out and play pool. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.'

'Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy'

'It is a motel from the 1950’s which was updated. The room was clean and they actually fixed the bed and provided clean towels daily. The room was very small but had a dresser, desk, chair, small refrigerator, microwave and cable TV. It’s a small no-frills hotel. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep bug don’t plan on hanging out in the room this is an option. Remember it a motel, not a hotel.'

'Run down and dirty. The heating unit has not been cleaned in years smell like mouse urine.'

'Staff was not very friendly. Room was dirty and need to be updated. Some things in the bathroon are damaged and.or cracked. Breakfast was very simple'

'The room had a musty odor. We were in one of two occupied rooms, so it was very quiet except for road noise. The outside could use some sweeping to get rid of cobwebs around the windows and door. To be fair, the owner’s son has his hands full running the place and working his own job while the owners recuperate from an accident. The son was quite nice and he provided a good continental type breakfast. The location was good for us.'

'The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable.'
