'The room was immaculate with a hot tub on our massive deck facing the ocean. The staff and amenities were 5 star. We particularly enjoyed Ivan poolside, to help us with our chairs and umbrellas but also whatever else we asked him about he would find the answers. He provided outstanding customer service. '

The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. My only small complaint is that the gym could be bigger but it is more than adequate for most people with ample cardio equipment, a weight workout circuit, and dumbbells.
