'This is a great choice for families or couples. There are several restaurants and the other amenities were awesome. Every single staff member we encountered was extremely polite and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the beach area. There is not a lot of sand if that's your thing! Other than that I would definitely return!'

'The room was very clean. We had to request additional towels and they brought them up very quickly. The entertainment staff is amazing. Always making everyone feel included. They would remember you and when they saw you around the resort would always say hello. The restaurants were all very good, the only down part is that you need reservations to every single one. 'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
