« The place was everything that was advertised, very comfortable. Minor issue with the drip coffeemaker that leaked. Someone should check the appliances and dispose of broken ones. Also the unit only had one ac unit on the top floor, maybe a good idea to install an additional unit on the main floor. »

« Property was clean but there were many items in need of some minor maintenance. Both front and back door were tripping hazards, vertical blinds were in disrepair, tape was used to mend screen door, dead tree in middle of backyard, outdoor furniture cushions were moldy, wall mounted shelving was loose, etc. »
