Chalet in nature for rent with private salt 12 foots spa, sauna and billiard table , only 5 minutes driving to Ski Orford Mount and Orford hiking trails with nice waterfalls.
The Chalet AGAPÊ-12 is a unique property is located on a 15 acre estate on the mountainside in the Eastern Townships and will offer you a dream stay with friends, family or with your work team for a team building .

Also the location is ideal for holding corporate activities since there is a calm and inspiring climate that could encourage creativity.
In addition to high-speed wireless Internet available everywhere on the property and a large table for your discussions, your employees will be able to take advantage of the #spa and #sauna at their disposal during break periods.

The Eastern Townships region is a paradise for outdoor activities:
beach, hiking, golf, skiing, fishing, kayaking and more.

The AGAPÊ-12 chalet is located 5 minutes from downtown Magog. You also have access to Lac Orford near the cottage known for swimming and water sports.
For outdoor enthusiasts, you have access very close to the chalet to several hiking trails in the Parc du Mont Orford.

You can enjoy the year-round private inground salt spa of 7 feet x 12 feet and the private sauna with a magnificent view of the mountain.
This chalet can accommodate up to 14 people in the greatest comfort.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

During your stay, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a cinema room with a large screen, a pool table and a reading area. Internet access is free.
The outdoor furniture will allow you to take a break in the middle of nature facing the mountain by taking advantage of the inground salt spa and the private outdoor sauna, a furnished outdoor dining room, including a gas BBQ and an outdoor fireplace accessible 4 seasons. Dogs are welcome with extra fees. The property is non-smoking.

Family Fun Property

Rented this property for a family trip for Easter. Everyone had a great time using the hot tub, sauna and pool table. Plenty of beds for everyone. Beautiful house located in a quiet area. Great place to rent.

Winter getaway

We had a great stay at this property with a group of ten. So many great activities to enjoy in the area, there’s a great trailhead for hiking less than I km away from the chalet . We had a relaxing time at the home . The sauna is gorgeous and the hot tub nice and large. It should be noted that there are 3 bedrooms, one bed upstairs is in a common area, and one bed is in a laundry room in the basement, one is in the finished basement and there is a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room, nevertheless, we all had great sleeps and all had beds.

Family Reunion

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. It's been a couple of months so I'm a little foggy on some details, but the hot tub was amazing!!! We were there to ski, so being close to Orford was amazing. Any questions we had were always answered quickly - thanks Patrick!

Bring a little extra

Overall we enjoyed ourselves and there was enough space for our group. There were a couple burnt out lights inside, door handle to a washroom left me trapped for a few minutes because it fell off. Should have extra linens available just in case and warm covers. And some pantry basics as well as full hand soap bottles. Bring your towels as well if you plan on using spa. Cost for bringing pets is pricey so be aware. If you want it a few hours earlier the extra cost is also pricey. In the end, nice place but for the price could have had a few extras.

Family Celebration

We stayed at the Chalet in Austin in early March for a family celebration for my husband's retirement. We had 4 couples and 2 young children and the house was perfect to accommodate our group. There were plenty of sleeping options, the kitchen is big enough for hosting dinner parties, and the outside facilities (hot tub and spa) were a plus. Patrick, the host, responding quickly to all inquiries. Overall, the house met our expectations and was perfect for our short stay.

Très beau chalet. Possibilité d’amener pitou. Situé dans un cul de sac entouré d’arbres sans aucun voisins près.très belle terrasse extérieur avec grand spa. Proprio a répondu rapidement aux questions et à certains problèmes rencontrés. Je recommanderais cet endroit et j’y retournerais sans soucis.
