'This property is exceptional beautiful property - perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown with amazing view of Ocean, short walk to beach and yet close to Old Town Lagos (7 min Uber drive) and close to all major sites. Joana was a great host – courteous and quick to respond to a few questions on our arrival. In short, we had a super stay - Wow!'

'Casa Alicia is a comfortable house with a full equipment. The housekeeping was marvelous! Three little remarks: we missed some coffee or tea on arrival, the agency didn’t contact us on the first day as described and the boiler didn’t have warm water the next day. But we managed:-) Overall five stars!'

'Perfect spot on Praia Luz with easy walking to beach, restaurants, groceries and pharmacies. Some minor annoyances like a rattling fan in the master ensuite and a dining chair in need of repair but overall excellent layout and plenty of room inside and out. Suggestions provided by the host of places to eat and explore both locally and within easy driving distance were much appreciated! Highly recommended!!'

'We - couple 65+ - stayed in the house for six weeks. The house is situated on a perfect location. A fifteen minute walk will take you to the small secluded beach of Figueira. The N125 road is relatively close and the village itself has some restaurants. The house and amenities are best described as basic. 'Heerlijk weer gehad! Ontvangst was vriendelijk maar mvr sprak alleen Portugees. Dus een hoop was gissen wat er bedoeld werd. De apparatuur in de keuken was matig. 1 kookplaat werkte niet. Nespresso apparaat lekt veel water. Weinig glazen en veel borden beschadigt. Koekenpannen slecht. Keuken op zich niet in echt goede staat. Laden die niet helemaal dicht gaan,strips die los laten. Douche afvoer liep niet goed door. Zelf wat aan gedaan. Veel stopcontacten die los zitten (in de badkamer!) 2...

The pool on the property is nice, and for 3 euro you can rent a chair. Make sure you walk the local boardwalks, especially at dusk.'

'We booked a getaway for our family of 3 and came across this house, too big for us but it was just where we wanted to be. Lovely landlady struggled to get hold of her at first but was sorted before we arrived. The house is much bigger in person 4 big bedrooms, 4 big bathrooms, comfy lounge & 2 dining tables.
