'The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting...

'We rented this place for our family to gather for the eclipse! The kids had a blast in the pool, playing games on the lawn and catching toads after dark! The house manager, Martha made us feel totally welcome and helped us with all of our needs. It rained which made the separate entrances to the bedrooms a bit of a bummer but we survived! All in all it was a perfect place for our family to gather!'

'The house was great as were the grounds. The house lives bigger than the pictures. The bedrooms are a great size and the mattresses are fantastic. Stephanie is a great communicator and responds to every question. Five stars from us and we will look forward to staying there again'

' First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use.
