« The cabin was perfect in every way. I’m a clean freak and for a beach cabin that’s rented out it’s the cleanest I’ve been to! Check-in was simple. Everything was nice, neat and clean. It’s stocked with everything so next time I’ll know just to pack beach cloths and shoes and be good to go. The neighborhood is nice too. There wasn’t a lot of traffic going in and out and that’s exactly what I had hoped for. The weather didn’t cooperate for me to test out the pool area but I still walked to see it...

« Our stay was two nights and overall the room seemed clean. It was when I cleaned the kitchen floor upon our check out. My cleaning rag was black! The floor looked clean but was not. The outdoor patio furniture was full of pet hair. The place had minor issues and seemed to be neglected. Such as, no hot water in kitchen, bathtub did not hold water, the toilet barely flushed and it took a long time to fill up again, clothes iron broken on its surface and snagged my clothes, several lightbulbs burnt...

« House was great for our large group. Was definitely historic, so be prepared for small things like creaky windows doors, etc. we had some issues w the pool but the host was quick to find a solution and even offered a treat for our inconvenience. »
