« Everything was decorated and stocked. Bed had some sand in it but we refreshed it in the laundry. And it was very comfy after long days prepping for a wedding. « The location can't be beat. The listing is an accurate representation of the house. There is an ant problem by the front door and there was a dead roach in one of the bathrooms. Upon arrival, the countertop ice machine was disgustig with corn kernals in it. One of the couches had glitter all over it and there was a dirty spongue in the kitchen sink. The property is stocked with beach items (chairs, sand toys, life jackets), hammock, and games. They do not provide any paper towels and only one...

« Loved the quiet area! Really enjoyed the neighborhood pool- my boys met some buddies during our stay. Loved how dog friendly the neighborhood was! This was our first vacation with our dog and she loved it! We got a beach pass and drove to the beach each day- could have walked but so much easier to just drive over. « Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below....
