« The a/c was cold and the house was clean . We love the location and ease of getting to the beach. Only thing I would have changed would have been being able to use the closets in the king bedrooms. Other than that the place is amazing. We love the huge porch with ocean views. »

« The place was clean and as avertised. Everything worked and plenty of space for everyone. Location is great as in its a bit private and close to the water with a great view off the balcony. We had a great time and the golf cart rental that came with the place made it even better. Will definitely stay here again. »

« Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below....

« We really enjoyed this place, and appreciated the added child safety of the it being completely fenced in, as well as the convenience of games and beach toys being provided. The Gilchrist beach is much less crowded than Crystal Beach, but this location is not quite as good as the house we usually stay in about a mile closer to Crystal Beach.
