'This house is nicely decorated and has a nice kitchen with pretty much anything you will need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The furniture inside and outside is very comfortable with a really nice fire pit. The location to the beach is perfect. The owner is very nice and is wonderful with communication. I would definitely rent again.'

'10/10 would recommend! Owners of the house were very kind, quick to respond, and proactively communicative! I was a little apprehensive of booking a home across the highway from the beach, but it honestly wasn't an issue at all. The beach access was literally right across from the neighborhood. Next door is also the community pool and playground, which was perfect for the toddlers and big kids. House was very clean and had all the supplies needed! We look forward to booking with them again next...

'My family and I totally enjoyed our stay! My twin sons were especially impressed because the trip was planned for their 37th birthday. My grandchildren played with the games provided by our host. The outdoor playground was a big hit! The water view from our deck was lovely. Our two small dogs had a great time too. We grilled burgers and hotdogs on the large grill provided. The sleeping accommodations were exactly as expected. We’re already planning our next stay! '

'My daughter was receiving an award and needed space since we were traveling in from Dallas with family. The house is lovely, checkin and communication was good. Plenty of space, perfect for what we needed. Two things to note. Sofa in living room needs to be replaced, back has no support. There is no privacy door for the forth bedroom, open. Lawn could have been mowed for better drive up appeal. Neighborhood was nice, quiet safe .I would rent sgain...but needs'

'We had such a wonderful family weekend at this beach house! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved all the games and the hot tub—it made for so much fun family time! The setup was great for both adults and kids, and you can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again!'

'Communication is was great and responded fast to my questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was great and very clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. The walk in shower made it easy for us because we have a special needs child so it was easy to bath him. Downstairs was nice and quiet and has a good breeze at night so you don't get hot. We would definitely stay here again. '
