Welcome to Beach Time RV Park in Gilchrist, TX — a small, friendly park with a spot ready for you! Site #1 features a fully furnished Grand Design Transcend, set up and ready to go on a private gravel pad right on Rollover Bay along the Bolivar Peninsula. Skip the towing and setup — just bring your bags and settle in.

Shared picnic area with picnic tables and a BBQ grill on site (first come, first served), plus an outdoor shower and a self-serve mini camp store with snacks, water and more.

Inside you'll find everything for a comfortable stay: cozy sleeping for up to 5 guests, a full kitchen, A/C to beat the coastal heat, and a private outdoor space to watch the sun go down over the water. This location also offers 30 Amp and 50 Amp electrical service, a laid-back family-friendly vibe, and pet-friendly accommodations.

Set your home base here for great fishing, kayaking, and birdwatching, all just outside your door. Wet a line off the shoreline, paddle out into the bay, or take a short drive over to Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Ferry. And keep an eye out for the new Rollover Pass Pier going up nearby — a 1,000+ foot T-head pier with night fishing lights, rod holders, fish-cleaning stations, and a bait shop.

Parking

There is no dedicated parking space on-site. Guests can park on the street or in the adjacent lot. If parking in the county-maintained lot behind the property, a Bolivar Beach Parking Sticker is required ($10/year), available at most Hwy 87 businesses, including The Big Store.

Good to Know

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Disturbing noise during this time may result in being asked to leave the park.
Bag and tie all trash, and toss it in the bins provided. A $25 trash disposal fee applies if trash is left behind.
