'We received a warm welcome on a cold winter's day and throughout our stay Wayne and his staff were attentive and ever-pleasant. The real ale and outstanding cooking were real features and breakfast and dinner each night were much enjoyed.'

'A Lovely little cottage with all the tech you need in great location and our own gardener (Ted). We had a great time in a great little town. Only teeny issue was that Master bedroom is up very steep stairs so we snuggled up in the other bedroom: otherwise can’t fault a thing. Helen was really easy to contact and enable access.'

'Great weather so were able to enjoy the very tasty breakfast from the outdoor terrace overlooking the beach each morning. Food was great as per the many reviews online. Great place to walk along beach or simply watch the world go by. Bed was very comfortable and room amenities as expected. Hidden gem.'

'Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner were both very good. The family room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The wifi was good and there is lots of parking space. We heard a continuous hum in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal because it quite well before bedtime. We didn’t ask about it but assumed that it was probably a ventilation fan from the kitchen.
