'Accurately advertised. You can literally see a mile castle on Hadrian’s Wall from your room. Beautiful country views. A problem with our heat was addressed immediately. Excellent dinner choices and service in the cozy pub. '

'Lovely property, decorated in a lovely way although strong smell of fish downstairs that would not go. The fridge smelt of fish and not sure if this was the issue or the damp and mould on some of the walls.The beds were not super comfy but fine for a few nights. 'This apartment is tucked away on a nice quiet street, with a friendly pub half a street down. The level of cleanliness in the property was some of the best I have seen; you can clearly see that the owner cares about her business and customers! We had a lovely stay and got lots of activities done, from a boat tour in seahouses (40min drive) to see seals and dolphins, to an audio tour of warkworth castle (10min drive) and many other things along the way. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!...

'Loved , loved this cottage. Spacious, warm and the copious amount of channels available on the TV for those wet afternoons was fabulous. Everything was thought of to make our stay so comfortable. No shortage of anything, so much so I’ve taken details of some of the fittings etc for our own home !. Lovely touch with dog biscuits and poo bags. Small things, but so welcome. No hesitation in recommending and hope to be back soon.'
