Rien a redire »

« Probably the best hotel in Newcastle; beautiful rooms, walk in shower and a tub if you want a soak. Quayside is a great location with entertainment options aplenty but we had a cocktail in the bar and dinner in the restaurant- very good white Russian and steak bearnaise plus arugula and parmesan salad which was perfection. Only choice for us when staying in Newcastle to visit family. »

« Grande chambre, au calme »

« Extremely convenient situation adjoining the railway station. Friendly staff and a very good English breakfast. The hotel was obviously once rather grand and it still has a certain faded charm. »

« Great spot on the Quayside and walking distance into the city centre. Lovely staff who were very helpful. »

« Un bon hôtel. »

« Good hotel with good comfort, but energy waste is huge »

« Great hotel and lovely staff. So conveniently located also. Will stay again. »

« Parking hotel application not available with none UK operator, room not insulated for noise, hot water only available 50% of time...This hotel needs to be refurbished execpt for people who want outdated experience. »
