'We were 17 adults. I booked 7 rooms 4 months ago . I stayed ooty sterling 2 nights ( all 17 ) Kodikkanal sterling had terrible experience. First they don’t have big vehicles access to resort. Second they accommodate 7 rooms , but they charge for 2 adults 3790 for even sleeping in the floor. For 3 days trip they charge me over $ 3000.00 . Very bad '

'My room was big and comfortable, with a mini-fridge. The staff was helpful. It's listed as a 5-star hotel, but in reality it could be viewed as a truly excellent 3-star or a so-so 4-star. The breakfast only had a few selections, but several of them changed every day, which is a good thing when you stay several days. My room was on the top floor, and there must be a metal roof, because it rained on my last day and it was so loud in the room I couldn't think. I also fault the hotel for turning up...
