Je ne comprends pas comment Hôtels.com peut mettre cette hôtel en ligne. Je suis resté 4 nuit. C'est pas un 5 étoiles, car il n'a pas les prestations, je demande un remboursement partiel de mon séjour, ça j' ai été tromper sur votre site. Je suis en colère. »
