'My stay at this property was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Two major issues made the experience unacceptable and neither the hotel nor Expedia handled the situation professionally.
First, on the very first night, I was kept awake by a dog barking at an indecent hour (11:30pm). I contacted reception twice, only to be told the dog had been left unattended, despite the hotel’s own policy clearly stating that animals must not be left alone. The noise continued and no meaningful action...

'This year, in April, my wife and I spent two weeks at the hotel. The hotel has an ideal location, right in the heart of Tapovan, making it close to everything, yet still very quiet on a side street. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant, which we recommend ordering from – you can not only enjoy delicious food there but also admire the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace.
