'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. 'Good hotel for my needs. I was here for a short leisure trip with my wife and needed to visit all the main attractions of Agra city. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of Taj Mahal, and other sites are also close, but not within walking distance, you have to take a cab for it. "Net hotel, zeker voor Delhi. Het is een erg grote stad. Gelukkig zijn tuktuk erg goedkoop. Het meeste dat ik betaalde was 2 euro 50 cent voor een rit van 20 min. Centrum ligt 1 euro met tuktuk. Daar is ook Hard rock café alwaar men Westers eten kan krijgen Iedereen wil iets van je. Dat is wel eens vervelend Hotel is oké. Personeel erg aardig. Soms ook onduidelijke situaties. Het meest vreemde was de taxi terug naar vliegveld. Hotel gaf verschillende informatie. Volgens de een koste het zes euro. Volgens de ander met meter zeven euro. Uiteindelijk was het acht euro zonder meter. Koffer werd, niet vastgebonden, op een plaat op de auto gelegd. Dat voelde erg raar. Zeker omdat ik alleen in auto zat. Men rijdt daar heel bijzonder (toeteren is een nationale hobby)."

"I recently stayed at Poolman in Aerocity, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon check-in, I discovered that the hotel had given away my reserved room to someone else, likely because they can sell it against a higher price. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a guest, I expect my reservation to be honored, especially when it was confirmed well in advance. The staff showed no genuine concern or effort to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. This incident reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and integrity. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value reliable and respectful service. Avoid this place at all costs. "
