« I appreciated all the little touches in the room, like the fresh towels and the cozy blankets »

« The property lives up to its promise. What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. Big shout out to Kaif who helped coordinate it all within minutes of booking. Great experience overall and a no brainer if you're looking to book a hotel in the city. »

« Beautiful property.. can be only accessed by their private boat or through the old lanes of Banaras. Overall a beautiful place and a wonderful experience. »

« Beds were soft and the room was quite good for a night’s sleep staff were nice »

« Everything was simple, clean, and comfortable. Just what I wanted for a short trip. The people working here were so friendly »

« It was close to the main area which made travel easy the room was maintained and had everything we needed »

« THE HOST AND ALL THE THINGS WERE VERY GOOD, IT IS NEAR THE MAIN ROAD AND THE ROOM AND WEASHROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL MEINTAINED. »

« good owner,good facility. »

« Rooms are not properly maintained. »

« The room size was not adequate. Equipments in the washroom, were not functioning well. Staff was lazy and needed to reminded multiple times about something. »

« Not worth it... poor service »

« They didn't provide us the mattress and the room was so filthy. They even didn't refund my money. Such a fraud company »

« Only one dirty towel was supplied. We had to ask for another one (which was also old). Stains on the sheet. The floor was dirty. The shower didn't work. Water was gushing out of the tap controller, and no water could get up to the shower head. We were the only customers in the restaurant, and the food was not good. Reception staff kept hanging around even after we gave a tip. In the end we had to close the door on them »
