'The rooms are beautiful and the location next to the slopes is just perfect! Do take into account that Shahdag is not like skiing in the Alps, very few experienced skiers and most people walk on the slopes to take selfies and don’t ski. But overall a pleasant experience!'

Management was approved by email a few times for compensation for this kind of treatment but didn't even bother to reply. The hotel itself had many issues... '

'Nothing as described on your website . Not a deluxe room No microwave or tea coffee maker as advertised The accommodation was actually closed for refurbishment and we were the only people in the building . No bath as advertised. No nice view of the city. TV worked by internet so it buffered all the time until it went off about 9 pm and needed a code to use it which tbe one man there did not know . Only managed to stay one night despite booking for three. Airport Shuttle did not exist...

'A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.'

'Hotel has great staff! When booking the room I indicated 3 people (2 adults and 6 yo kid). I paid for the kid as well, thinking that this would be payment for all extras in relation to the kid, but turned out that this was just breakfast and in general the room with king size wouldn’t fit 3 people! The staff was kind enough to resolve issue immediately, offering the room with 2 queen size beds, which is same cost. In general, nice hotel, nice breakfast.'

'The only what I did not like there is not enough waiters to serve full loaded breakfast time, as juices, water, tea or coffee you can get only upon requests from waiter, means sit and wait if he is busy by serving others.'
