'There is so much, day one the couch collapsed, unsecured shed in the back that was never shown in advertising, sewer lines backed up, we had to go to McDonalds to use the bathroom. We had to put our pets on flea medication because the backyard was not maintained, the leaves and moisture causes growth of all sorts of things back there. Our dogs didn’t even want to use the backyard and could not use the backyard. after some rain, we had a 9‘4“ in diameter limb that fell from a tree above the house...
