'The location is nice and truly peaceful. Regarding the property we had a few issues. Firstly, we booked Unit 7b which looked nice, but were given the key box code for 7a. 7a was decidedly a lesser quality property. It was smaller and tired-looking (I understand a new owner is currently upgrading - neighbours told me). The floors coul and should have been cleaner. 'Lovely cosy homely cottage. Had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Likked outdoor fire pit. Had a small problem with pump initially. Host and caretaker promptly communicated and effectively and dealt with this as soon as possible. Hope to be back sometime soon.'

'Lovely property, very private and quiet location. Outdoor and indoor fires were stocked with wood ready to relax and enjoy with the bottle of wine provided :) A very minor suggestion would be to have a bedside lamp rather than relying on main lights, and a cheese knife would be fab! Overall we had a very enjoyable night away :) '

'We had 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. We had a lovely time. Most of the group was skiing but some stayed home to enjoy dinner plain walks and relaxing at the house. The place was well stocked, the linen and towels were clean with a lot of extra blankets if cold. We cooked every day and well stocked with kitchen utensils etc Very responsive with queries. '

'We had a family getaway which included our dog. Faithfulls was perfectly located between the trees and was great to be able to park in front of the house. Walking ability to the village with cafe, shops pub and supermarket as well as the bus to Mt Hotham. A fabulous well equipped house - our host was great checking in to make sure we had enough firewood or if we needed anything else. '

'The property is beautifully located just 2 mins from the city centre, the house was beautifully presented and very clean. Only complain was the smell from the previous tenant. Maybe a air spray or a house scent will do the jobs, apart from the smell the house was a winner, my kids and wife really loved the place.Nice rooms, ah if I want to be very picky then maybe the pillow can be replace as it was really really tired looking and too soft, maybe getting some expensive memory for pillow will...

"Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel.de mooie en goed uitgeruste kamer verraste ons. Wat een prachtig uitzicht en wat een fijn bed. Van het hotel een fles bubbels gekregen. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en gebruik gemaakt van een aanbieding. Uitstekende kwaliteit, heerlijk. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend."
