'We had an apartment for 8 nights, and it was really nice and comfy! Fantastic location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was good for laps (with a lot of turns). VERY good value for the dollar - would stay there again in a heartbeat. '

'On check in the staff told us to text them with any issue, the washing machine door handle just comes off in your hand and thus unable to oen the door or do any washing. We text the staff twice in the provided number with no answer at all from the. Had to find a laundry mat to do washing for an event we had to attend. Very poor customer service. '

'Het hotel is wel een beetje vergaande glory. Duidelijke lig plekken in het bed, veel roest op de douche en een totaal niet complete keuken. In mijn keuken lag er 1 lepel, 4 mensen en geen vorken bijvoorbeeld. Uitzicht op het park is wel prettig en de mensen bij de receptie zijn vriendelijk'

'Place was dirty in spots needs to overhauled decking had nails sticking up walls and stuff on them not sure if was blood or what it was mold on the roof in bathroom dishes was wet in the cupboard,We payed for king bed got 2 single beds put together finally had enough contacted them about it as we had sore backs from the beds they gave us another room, you couldn't lock bathroom door it was still 2 single beds put together with a large mattress on top was just as bad as the other room tiles were...

'Good one bedroom apartment but I had lots of trouble with the shared laundry. Melbourne was couple of days stopover before and after another trip so I had 2 loads to wash. Coincidentally one washer and dryer weren’t working causing others to trip and turn off. It was remedied on the day but with communal laundry, I had to kept going to the laundry to check a vacant machine. That process itself took me 3-4 hours, time I could’ve being out and about. Hotel need to manage laundry usage better...

'Clean room, welcoming staff and nearby to venues and public transport. Only issue was Executive King Suite bathroom pictures is only in 1 room. Bathroom provided was same as general room, which I would have instead booked had I known. Otherwise perfect stay.'
