'Rang a few days before arriving to sort check in but when arrived what was discussed and information given wasn't passed on, told would pay cash on arrival and was happy with that, also mention that we would not have the use of Australian mobile, and no access to emails while on holiday, she told me need to be there by 5pm, before office closes, drove over 5 hours to do this arriving just after 4.30pm to be told our card had been charged in the morning and keys were in safe and code emailed...
