'The house was lovely, lots of room, great for our family to stay. It's close to main street in Adare - a short drive, and in a residential area so it was nice and quiet. The only complaints are that the water temperature was fussy - hot then cold, and some of the fixtures in the bathroom very old and need replacement/repair. There also was not a whirlpool/hot tub, as listed, only a sitting tub (with no whirlpool). However, we were overall pleased with our stay here.'

'Nice spot in Quin. Best for persons with rental cars. Not really walkable (dangerous road without a bright yellow vest) to Quin village but taxis and Uber is available, if you’re lucky and patient. Clean, welcoming, all you need for a long stay including washing machine, dryer, fridge, dining ware, cutlery, etc. Would stay again. '

'We loved the Coachhouse! The historical setting off of a courtyard with the 18th century barracks and a castle tower was unique and memorable. The Coachhouse itself is lovely with exposed brick and wood, fully equipped kitchen and laundry and working fireplace. We loved it!'

'A great experience to stay in these more than 300 year old soldier-cottages, close to the water set in a remarkable scenic surrounding. The warm and friendly atmosphere from both nature and created by the owners were greatly appreciated. Although the internet was sometimes a little sluggish, all other amenities where well up to mark. 'The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends.'

'We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back!'
