'the updates was nice. sky tower room was quite but a bit confusing to find the pathways due to renovations and parking was tough due to an event happening during our stay'

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
