'Central location was great, however homeless walked the streets and parking lot often. My stay was 3 nights and it took me asking each evening for a washcloth before getting a dish towel delivered to me on the third night to shower with. The unit was equipped with the basics. One spoon, one fork and one butter knife, a wine bottle opener- but not a can opener. Dish soap, but no dish cloths or dish towel (other than the one delivered to clean myself with). 'Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. '

'The apartment was clean and easy to access with the keypad. Patricio was responsive to messages and willing to help if we needed anything. I would recommend staying here if you need to commute to the Salt Palace Convention Center or Downtown Salt Lake City (roughly 5-10 minute Lyft drive). '
