'Host responded very fast! Communication was on point! I really want to shoutout the hosts because I did book for Halloween weekend and it was my birthday too. They didn’t cancel the reservation or assume anything unlike the previous hosts I’ve been in contact with. Very great with communication. Wished me a happy birthday and made sure my stay was perfect! 'We had the family suite and it didn’t disappoint! It was roomy, clean, warm enough and cozy! As the friendly front desk staff will warn you - the walls are very thin so you will hear everything from the hallway and the adjacent rooms. The experience is one of a kind! Very pleasant and filled with history! If you are visiting on a Sunday plan ahead and reserve the Royal Sunday Brunch - it’s worth it! Our 5 year old was excited to sleep with the ghosts but no one visited us :) '
