'Good stay'

'Nice location and good sized room. Room gets very warm even with the fan provided, as it gets direct sunlight in the morning. Be aware there is no reception of any kind, so you need to make sure you have been sent the building/room code and instructions to get in when you arrive. I hadn’t been emailed mine, and had to call the property phone number to get it, but the help over the phone was very nice and I got what I needed. Otherwise great room for the price. '

'Limited distance to the beach and pier was the reason of selection. With this in mind it is great value for money. People were friendly, but reception is not always present as this is a B&B. Lack of breakfast room was compensated with roomservice for a small extra. Well worth the money. Room was very small but clean and toilet in the hall was in line with the price.'

'Wij verbleven in een familiekamer na een transatlantische vlucht. Gekozen voor deze accomodatie omdat vroeg inchecken (11:00) mogelijk was. Prijs was verder ook ok. Afstand tot LGW ook. Hotel/guesthouse is gevestigd in een oud pand van voor 1900. Erg goed onderhouden allemaal. Ziet er netjes uit. Als je grotere hotels gewend bent, dan is het een (klein) nadeel dat je een dag van te voren het tijdstip van het ontbijt moet inplannen. Ontbijt was trouwens prima. Transfer van en naar de luchthaven...

'Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!'
