'Not knowing where to stay for a few days exploring in Bordeaux, I was fortunate in choosing this attractive and spacious, apartment in the old wine Merchant district of Chartrons in Bordeaux. Overlooking the River Garonne heightened one’s anticipation, with wonderful views.What made it ideal was having a Tram stop literally outside the front door! Running every few minutes throughout the day, meant that getting to the centre of the lovely old city took just 10 minutes.The airport was 40 minutes...

'We had a great stay in Bordeaux at this apartment. It was as described & very clean. Also allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The location is fantastic giving easy access to all over Bordeaux. One comment - if you have someone using the sofa bed you may need to ask for a heavier window covering as the light shines directly into the lounge area & can disturb sleep. All in all - we were very happy.'

'Fantastic apartment in a really buzzy interesting area - st Michel. The apartment is bigger than it appears in the ad it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was good to be able to have breakfast / coffee/ a glass of wine on the balcony in the sun and watch the world go by. 'Nice, comfortable and very clean property was just what we were looking for. All the facilities we needed, in a peaceful part of Bordeaux but not far from amenities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent, and with nice balcony to sit out. 30 minutes walk from central Bordeaux, and for us a 10 minute walk to the rugby stadium. Communication with owners ahead of the trip fine, and all check-in and other information was provided in good time. Thank you!'

'This cottage was perfect for two couples. Quiet at night, easy walking distance to wineries. Two showers and two toilets was nice.'

'Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!'

'Really lovely location, and overall great space - the balcony was beautiful (though, the downside of the great light and hip location was a fair bit of noise late in the evening). There wasn't any toilet paper, garbage bags, or dishwasher soap, and some of the cooking utensils were odd - really need a chef's knife and better cutting board - would be the only improvements to make.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious, light-filled apartment. Everything was clean and in excellent condition, and the modern kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. Location could not be better - in the pedestrian area near the opera house, and many restaurants. It was a 5-minute walk to get groceries. Communication with the property manager, Lucie, was very easy, and she assisted us with several special requests/arrangements. We would recommend the flat for adult couples -- our party of 4...

'Je n'étais pas revenu dans la vieille ville de Bordeaux, depuis sa rénovation urbaine de grande ampleur.Quelle réussite ! Quasi exclusivement piéton ; Très belle mise en valeur de l'enchevêtrement de places et de ruelles ; l'ensemble très animé et très vivant ; Une référence ! Appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples, dans un cadre typique du centre ville ; les pièces de vie principales sont tout aussi agréables à vivre, que la vielle ville de Bordeaux !'

'What a great house! The communication with the owner was fast and checkin was easy. I loved the neighborhood. It felt very safe and close walking distance to public transport and the city center. The outdoor space was great to have dinner or a glass of wine and unwind. I would definitely stay here again.'
