Appartementen in Metrostation Gare d'Austerlitz

'Perfect location! Slept like a rock! Close to everything. A/C was so refreshing! Would stay again :)'

'We (my son and I) really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Although the owners did not welcome us in person, they send a big email with all the necessary information, and the rest was pretty much self-explanatory. The apartment is situated in the middle of the St-German student 'quartier', with cosy small streets and lots of restaurants. We could park the car relatively cheaply in the nearby St-German parking garage. Groceries and shopping could be done at walking distance (TIP: take the...

'It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator up to the 5th floor. But the location was excellent. I would rent the property again ang again.'

'The location of this property is fantastic. It has all of the essentials and is overall a good setup for a short stay. The amount of the damage deposit and method of payment could be clarified better in the description, as this came as a surprise. Overall clean property and comfortable stay.'

'This flat was perfection in Paris. It was bigger than we expected and the location was amazing. The small things really made the stay so wonderful! For Americans a full size washer AND dryer was a plus (our flat in London had a combo version which does not dry particularly well). There was plenty of space for myself, my husband and 3 teenage sones. Beds were very comfortable after a long day of walking and exploring. This is one of the best VRBO listings we have stayed at and we have been...

'Sehr günstig gelegenes Apartment und ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos.'

'We appreciated the ac!'

'Great location, convenient to attractions and a fun street to be on. Lots of restaurants and shops, and across from Église St Séverin. Very safe neighborhood too.'

'Great location, close access to all the sights, metro and groceries across the street.Apartment was spacious and nicely appointed however several issues added to the rating.First, noise - the building is old and the floors are very loud and squeaky. Not a problem for most buildings, however, because they are wood, sounds travels easily. We travelled with our kids and had neighbours ask us to be more quiet when honestly we were just walking around.Second, no A/C and not enough fans. We were...

'Patrick hat uns selber enpfangen und alles super erklärt (auch mit welchen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln man am besten vorankommt). Es ist ein hübsches kleines Zimmer. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Auch die Lage ist super und eher ruhig gelegen. Ca. 10 min von der nächsten Metro entfernt welche Ideal ist um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris anzuschauen inkl. direkte Verbindung nach Versailles.'

'The property is very nice, although I do not think it is worth all the money required to rent it, including a hefty service charge of over 400. The second bedroom is much smaller than the pictures revealed. Pictures do not always reveal the “whole truth”. There was no bakery nearby which was a surprise and somewhat of a hardship getting bread in the morning. Otherwise the location is great. The information book left by the owners needs to be updated, although it is in general most thoughtfully...

'Appartement ligt super centraal, is ruim, schoon en fraai. Heerlijk geslapen op de fijne bedden, geen last van buitenlawaai. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar die prima Engels spreekt. Komen hier zeker weer!'

'The host was very welcoming and went over the property with us in detail. The property was very clean and well taken care of. It is close to a grocery store, bakeries and different restaurants as well as a 5 minute walk to the metro. It also had a terrace which was lovely. Place des Vosage was a 3 minute walk and le marais is a wonderful neighborhood to walk in and close by to major Paris sites. We enjoyed staying at this property and would recommend it to others'

'Beautiful and well appointed apartment in perfect location. The host met us there with macaroons and advice on where to go for lunches, bakeries, and more. It was amazing! Thank you for the wonderful stay.'

'Positive: -Pretty spacious living room for Paris -Great central location in amazing le Marias. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. -Large and comfortable master bedroom -good kitchen Negative: -Your host in chat is an AI bot that is not helpful with anything. Just get generic answers. -Old furniture (sofa is, shelving) that can like it might break. Worst thing was an extremely dangerous glass dining table whose legs were broken and it was wobbly. It could have fallen and shattered and...
