We loved this place! It is close to two different Metro lines and the RER to the airport. It’s also close to the Louvre and Notre Dame as well as lots of cafes and shopping areas. The street area was hopping during the day but quiet at night, which was perfect. The key cafe pickup was new for me but self explanatory, and we had to store our luggage at a nearby shop until we could get in at 3pm.

The location is super. The building is quite handsome and very well maintained. The apartment is well equipped, and although as others have noted the salon furnishings are dated and worn, the bed is comfortable, the linens are clean, and the bathroom well appointed. I would be tempted to book here again. Sadly, the housekeeping and upkeep of the apartment are not what I expect from VRBO. My week long stay (with a water leak under the kitchen sink and very polite but distant communication with the host “team”) left me with the impression that there is apparently no local manager to oversee the cleaning and to handle maintenance problems promptly when and if they arise.

Location was great in a lively neighbourhood within a 10 minute walk of Notre Dame. There was plenty of cafes and restaurants outside of the front door.The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay and the instructions were clear on how to enter the property as well as very helpful email with small videos on how to use the elevator and locate the apartment.

Instructions were clear, location was ideal. Plenty of room and surprisingly quiet. Overall a very easy and convenient stay. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service, which made luggage challenging. However, we would have the exact same stay and experience all over again and still be very pleased.

The location of this apartment is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, which was great. The neighborhood was lively but the apartment is courtyard facing, so it was generally quiet and calm. The host was very responsive to our questions and the unit was very clean. Our only dislikes were the oven, which doubles as a microwave and was complicated to use, and the lack of some essentials, like soap in the bathroom. Luckily, there were many stores nearby and we were able to buy everything we needed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the key pickup is at a laundromat. The machine is a little finicky and the address written on the key is incorrect, but it worked just fine in the end.

this three room (kitchen/tv room study/bedroom-made for two!) apartment is in absolutely prime location (if you like the left bank 6th arrondissement and the great vibe) is special. My bride and I have visited this area of Paris many times and loved the location, security and peacefulness of this apartment. We wanted to cook some of our meals, and the apartment was well appointed for this to happen (minus the microwave which was not there). Amazing to go from the fun vibe of Rue de Dauphine and Rue de Buci with its wonderful restaurants (Atlas/Cafe de Paris/ Cafe Buci/Cafe Mazerine to the peaceful/quiet of this apartment. Has some communication issues as owners using a virtual - agent to communicate....kind of a pain but... All in, this apartment is great place for couple to spend 4 -5 days in Paris. We loved it!! The owners might consider re-doing throw pillows! Would give this a 4.5 if I could figure out how!

Check in process is tedious . You have to go to a laundromat to get the keys. Down the street. When we checked in there was no heat and no batteries in the remotes to turn on the heat. The host told us to go buy batteries and they would reimburse us after 11 1/2 hour flight. The coffee pot doesn’t work, they gave us a total of two towels and two hand towels. There is no Internet TV no English channels at all. We watched prime TV for 10 days. There are three coffee cups and two wine glasses total.l the location is excellent close to everything lots of transportation lots of dining experiences. But overall, the place needs some attention. The floorboards are all lifting and creaky and you have to be careful walking so you don’t. Trip. The stain, the couch is saggy. There are no luggage racks to put your luggage on and no additional trash bags. All in all disappointing for the .

CAN’T BEAT THE LOCATION! If you like to people watch, this is the place for you!!! Safe, fun, happening neighborhood in the middle of nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a find. I would have given it a 5 star rating if the check in process was less confusing (heads up to a prospective renter…the key pickup is in a laundromat…kinda weird), if the host would have been a bit more responsive to my inquiries, and if the place had had a few more amenities, such as bath soap and some extra towels. All in all, my fiancé and I really enjoyed it and would stay here again if given the chance.

Spacious apartment in great location. Easy to walk to most locations, close to Metro and many restaurant options. However, the furniture in the apartment is old, uncomfortable and in poor condition. There is very little space to unpack as the closet is full of cleaning supplies. The tub is quite high so anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time getting in or out. Also, please note, if arriving early (overnight flight) you cannot check in until 3 in the afternoon. And there is no place on site to store your bags. You need to find a storage site which is at least a 10 minute walk if it’s even open. Many places do not open until 10am or are closed Mondays. We found this out the hard way.

Lovely neighborhood, comfortable apartment! We would definitely stay here again. Apartment is cozy and comfortable. loved having a bathtub/shower combo! And so great to be able to do a load of laundry during our stay. We got a great leg workout on the stairs, but there is a wee elevator, so if you're not in the mood for the workout, it's easy to use that. Windows open into a charming courtyard and it was a delight to enjoy the fresh air breeze.Neighborhood is awesome! Pop down for coffee at Cafe L'Auteur or grab breakfast at Cafe Buci, both mere steps away from the apartment building. Easy distance from lots of great attractions, bustling, vibrant neighborhood. We LOVE it! Some commenters note that checkin is a few steps, but we found the instructions to be very thorough (even little videos to show where to go and what to do!) and we got the hang of it fast. Thanks for a great stay in Paris :)

Even though the description of the apartment is “quaint” it felt dated. The furnishings looked worn. The cabinet in the living room was broken down, the window shades were of poor quality and one was broken. A couple of couch pillows were stained and one shade also had stains on it giving the apartment a dirty feel. When we checked in we found no toilet paper, paper towels, or bath mat. Things that you think would be basic. WiFi also did not work. We tried several times with the extraordinarily long password and management did offer to walk us thru the process, but at that point we were frustrated and decided it was more trouble than it was worth. They also offered to reimburse us for getting the above mentioned missing items. Also not worth the trouble. All of the instructions (for trash disposal, check in, appliance operation) were on YouTube which for one reason or another we couldn’t get with the links provided. Seemed more complicated than necessary. Overall, we were disappointed. With a little attention to detail this could easily be a great place to stay.

Paris apartment of your dreams but lift ne marche pas

this apartment is absolutely lovely. It is situated in a bustling neighborhood walking distance to the Seine on the left bank. The ONLY issue we had was that the lift was not working the entire visit and there was no notification prior to our trip about this. Fortunately for us, we were able to do the 100 stairs to the 6th floor. I do not know what would have happened had we been physically unable to climb that many stairs.

Great location in Saint Germaine

Great location, on 6th floor, very quiet.Having the elevator was a necessity- elevator was very small but without it going up and down with bags would have been exhausting. Nice kitchen and bathroom- shower access would be a little difficult for someone with mobility issues. Check in was easy and good communication during stay.

The apartment was excellent and the location was perfect. However your access arrangements and incredibly complicated and unnecessarily secretive. One code for the key box located in a launderette. Another code for the outer door. A fob for the inner door. A fob for the lift, a key for the flat with very sparse instructions about all this and no personal interaction. And all of this information, together with the address, is withheld until 24 hrs before our arrivalOur deposit has still not been repaid and you will have had 400 for over a month. This is also unreasonable.Overall our impression is that the organisation is run for the maximum benefit of the landlord with little consideration for the user.

What a gem!!!

Just returned from a 3-night stay at this beautiful property and had an amazing time!The location was superb—right in the heart of the vibrant St. Germain des Prés area, with plenty of eateries within walking distance. It’s also close to the Metro, which made it easy to travel around Paris, and near major landmarks like the River Seine, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre. The self check-in process was straightforward, and all communication from the agent was clear and helpful.The apartment was perfect for two people and very clean. Although it’s on the sixth floor, it was a lovely surprise to find an elevator. We’d definitely recommend this place and will certainly be returning!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. The most comfortable bed we have ever had in a rental and even some hotels! Thank God for the elevator. We have been to Paris many times, and this is the best rental we have ever had. Highly recommended.
