It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. 'The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!'

'Wonderful studio apartment in the center of midtown!! Amazingly very quiet and cozy for the location, very nice contemporary decor, immaculately clean, nice provision of water bottles and coffee. Very easy access, highly recommend!!! '

'Hope & Agnes were very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the location. Nearly unlimited restaurants and bars. All our meals in the area were excellent. The subway is very easy from the apartment. Great experience!'

'The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing...

'My sister, 11-year-old nephew, and I had a wonderful three-night stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and wonderfully decorated. The fold-out sofa was very comfortable for me to sleep on. The location was perfect for us, within a short walk of many places we wanted to visit, and there was hardly any street noise at night. Helen was a great communicator and excellent host. Highly recommend!'

'My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! '

'Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio '

"Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Dat was nog beter geweest als er iemand naar de airco was komen kijken. Die maakte heel veel herrie zelfs als deze uitstond. Maakt het slapen lastig. Hiervan twee keer melding gemaakt maar niemand gezien. Dat is jammer"

"Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"

"Het was een aftandse zooi. Behang los, kranen los, afvoerputjes miste, alle voegen waren geel. De kasten vielen van ellende uit elkaar. Het restaurant was sinds covid nooit meer open gegaan. Dus ontbijten was niet mogelijk. De sportschool waarmee geadverteerd wordt bestaat niet. En de sfeer leek meer op een station. "
