« We really had a great visit in Mount Dora. The Heirloom Inn was quaint. It was located conveniently to everything downtown. The car stayed parked on premises until it was time to leave. When we arrived at approximately 3:00pm there was someone from housekeeping there that was very nice. She made sure everything was good. Overall great stay! »

« A great location! Park your car in the driveway and leave it. You can walk to the lake, farmer’s market on Sunday, grocery store, restaurants and more! Place was clean and comfy. Small kitchenette and living room area. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly. »

« The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts...
