'The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. '

'I chose this location because I have always liked the brand and because there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I asked the staff person about the shuttle and when it traveled to the airport. He told me every 30 minutes - on the hour and at the half hour. I arrived the next morning at 7:28 to board the shuttle to be informed that it had already left. Because I had not signed up, the driver thought he had all his passengers. The staff person...
