'The staff is great and the hotel is decent only complaint is you don’t get complimentary water upon check in. Even the cheapest hotels do that! Water is $3.50 in the lobby which I find obscene given the price of the rooms. '

'5 Stars! I highly recommend this hotel! Customer service was great. Check-in was very welcoming—I was gifted a goodie bag since it was Halloween. That was nice! The hotel scent as soon as you enter is amazing--it's clean and refreshing! I had to call and ask what it was lol They use Scent Air (Ocean Scent) and apparently some Disney hotels use it as well. It's located in a quiet area and I appreciated that--it's away from major traffic and all the hustle and bustle of downtown, but not far...
