'This was such a nice place to stay. The staff were all so nice and friendly. The room was lovely and had great little touches (like bottles of water). The restaurant next door was a nice addition as well. Overall would recommend this place and would stay here again.'

'Prima kamer en lekker bed. Ontbijt: Redelijk. Uitstekende ligging. Dicht bij busstation. Erg stille kamer. Minpunt: onduidelijk verschil tussen geboekte prijs en werkelijke prijs. Werkelijke prijs ruim 100 dollar hoger. Baliemederwerkster kon dit niet verklaren.'

'The room was very nice, modem and clean. I love the 12pm checkout time. So convenient to Kia Center. My only suggestion is that there is bedding for the pull out couch in the room. I tried calling the front desk several times to get some and finally had to go down and ask. Elevators could also take awhile,'

'good breakfast spread. staff were generous to allow us to have late checkout since we had meetings in the couches near dining area and our flight was not till late afternoon.'

'For a Marriott I expected it to be more updated. The Hallways and the rooms need a good updating. The business center was out in the lobby area and not quiet. Insufficient work desk in room - I had to do some work in my room on a tiny table since the business center area was not sufficient. The rooms did not have a microwave. Sharing one microwave in the lobby was not sufficient and inconvenient. The staff was very good and very professional and accommodating.'

'I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the hotel staff and management. I encountered an issue with my room because it was not as described on Expedia. When I called the front desk to explain the situation, the desk agent kindly asked me to give her a little time while she looked into it. To my surprise, instead of the desk agent calling me back, the manager personally reached out to me. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and went above and beyond...
