'The property has some very nice features and friendly, helpful staff. I like the layout of the rooms and bathroom. The exercise room machines could use a wipe down (Guests don't seem to clean up after exercise.) The room carpeting needs a washing. The windows need a washing. The expressway noise is distracting (I guess that can't be helped.) Importantly, the bathroom exhaust fan is inadequate-- not enough flow to holdup a sheet of toilet paper. After a shower there is much moisture condensing...

'The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself was clean. There were no in room amenities that I could see. Two of the three hotel representatives were very nice. One not so much. Yelling after guests rather than getting up to interact with them is tacky to say the least. $6 for a bottle of soda and $2 for a bottle of water is a bit much. Breakfast didn’t have much choice and the plates were paper and cutlery plastic. Coffee was around...
