I’ve been to this hotel a few times with my girlfriend and I’m starting to feel it’s really going downhill. The afternoon clerk was very nice and extroverted but the night clerk looked like he hated his job. He wasn’t friendly, he didn’t even answer the damn phone when I called downstairs to the front lobby several times to simply ask for 4 clean pillows, which were dirty in the room we were in. Eventually I went downstairs minutes later and he was just sitting there doing nothing. I then asked him for clean pillows and he went in the back behind the front desk to fetch only 2 pillows, WHICH WERE NOT CLEAN. I asked him for 2 more and he said those were the only 2 spare pillows left. When he handed the 2 pillows off to me, they were dirty as I spotted a copious amount of brown stains all over them. Disgusting and unacceptable! This is how you run a hotel? I handed them back to him pointing out my frustration and he said “well I can’t help you.” Boy you guys really hire from the bottom of the barrel don’t you? Are you trying to deter and dissuade guests from returning there? It’s also definitely not worth the amount you charge even during off peak season. You’re lucky I don’t sue you either because there was a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the sitting chair in the room and cut the back of my leg. Not to mention the toilet flusher was broken. Very dissatisfying experience.
